“ 5月3日，新浪汽車從菲亞特克萊斯勒（FCA）官方獲悉，其已完成將旗下汽車零部件部門馬涅蒂·馬瑞利（Magneti Marelli）以58億歐元（約合合65億美元）的價格出售給日本汽車零部件公司康奈可（Calsonic Kansei）。”
FCA要賣掉或剝離馬瑞利已經傳了有三年之久，現在終于“出手”成功。
5月3日，新浪汽車從菲亞特克萊斯勒（FCA）官方獲悉，其已完成將旗下汽車零部件部門馬涅蒂·馬瑞利（Magneti Marelli）以58億歐元（約合合65億美元）的價格出售給日本汽車零部件公司康奈可（Calsonic Kansei）。
這一價格略低于最初的價格。去年10月，FCA同意以71億美元的價格將馬瑞利出售康奈可。FCA稱，此次交易價格根據馬瑞利截至收盤時的財務狀況預估進行了調整。

馬瑞利是一家專業從事照明、傳動系統和高科技電子產品的公司，自1967年以來就一直是FCA的子公司。而康奈可由美國私募股權基金KKR持有。2016年，KKR從日產和其它股東手中購得這家零部件公司。
在美國汽車新聞發布的2018年度全球汽車零部件供應商100強名單中，康奈可名列第29位，2017年總業務營收為90.61億美元，馬瑞利名列第28位，2017年的總業務營收為92.34億美元。

此次交易將促使康奈可的排名上升至第11位，年營業總收入達到175億美元，這也讓新公司有望躋身成為全球第七大獨立的汽車零部件供應商。
而對于FCA而言，剝離后將為馬瑞利帶來更大的靈活性，從而實現其未來戰略性增長，為FCA股東創造價值；同時此次交易帶來的協同效應能為新實體削減成本，為發展自動駕駛、聯網汽車和電動汽車等提供資金。
