摘要 ：Block copolymers are highly valued for theirability to be extruded and injection molded in combination with othermaterials. However, they are typically processed in the phase separated state.The high melt elasticity of the phase separated block copolymer leads to avariety of problems with mixing and small dimension articles such as films,fibers and thin walled parts. A new hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer hasbeen designed to process as a single phase melt but retain its two phase natureat use temperatures to provide strength and creep resistance. The processingand resulting properties of the pure polymer and combinations with a variety ofpolyolefins will be explored.
嵌段共聚物相分離的高熔融彈性導致細薄產品(薄膜、纖維和薄壁類零件)加工時產生問題。新的氫化苯乙烯類嵌段共聚物(SBC)設計為單相熔融，仍保留一般操作溫度的雙相特性，提供強度和抗蠕變性。純聚合物及多種聚烯烴(POE)組合的加工后特性將在此探討。
