德國斯圖加特 — 3D打印創新解決方案供應商華曙高科歐洲子公司與德國精密制造知名企業toolcraft AG近日宣布，雙方圓滿完成了為期一年的定制材料工藝合作開發協議（JDA）。此次合作雙方取得了重要成果，進一步加強了雙方的合作伙伴關系。

該合作開發協議專注于以下關鍵領域：基于華曙高科開源創新的金屬增材制造平臺FS422M-H-4，成功定制特種鋁合金燒結工藝，并集成Siemens NX軟件。在過去一年時間里，華曙高科和toolcraft AG緊密合作，圓滿完成了開發項目，充分展示了雙方對增材制造創新和卓越的共同承諾。

華曙高科自主研發的金屬連續增材制造解決方案FS422M-H-4擁有4×500W激光配置，成形缸尺寸425×425×550mm，具有連續批量生產能力，將增材制造各個階段的轉移和停頓時間幾乎降為零，設備利用率接近100%，為客戶提供沒有間歇、真正的生產制造能力。同時采用全新的全惰性氣體保護環境下的全自動閉環送粉、清粉系統，實現余粉實時回收，即刻重復使用，極大提高粉末利用率的同時，確保了設備的安全性能。
基于合作開發協議的圓滿完成，華曙歐洲與toolcraft AG將在增材制造批量化生產方面進行新的合作。下一階段，將秉承雙方在增材制造技術方面的專業知識和優勢，推動增材制造創新應用領域的產業化發展。
